Mothers Day from the Aging Technology AllianceMother’s Day is almost upon us and that’s a perfect time for the Aging Technology Alliance to launch it’s new website AgeTek.org and this blog. And just in time for dear old Mom, is a new section (shown above) of the AgeTek web site called: Mother’s Day Gift Ideas. We’ve combed through the catalogs of over 50 AgeTek members and compiled a page of innovative and unique products and services that you might want to consider for May 8th. We’ve included products from just a few dollars to a few thousand recognizing that some of the innovative systems offered by AgeTek companies are just what Mom needs to continue to live safely in her own home. And what could made a better Mother’s Day gift than that?!

We’ve also added a listing of sales and installation companies who are expert in advising families what technologies are best for their Mom’s particular situation or lifestyle. The AgeTek Mother’s Day Gift Idea section can be found here: http://www.agetek.org/mothersday. Take a look and consider how much more appreciated an amplified telephone might be versus the more standard bouquet of flowers.
